    This is good plan but expecting 2 mbps unlimited plan without FUP from BSNL

    It is just another plan for Chennai circle. If you are in Chennai, you can migrate it to this plan as long as they offer it.

    Only for Chennai circles. Even those outside Chennai but in TN too are not eligible.
