Angry help 440TXI running IIS web server.

Friends, i already have wasted 2 days trying to fix this. i need your help.

I have 440TXI with bsnl unlimited internet. i am trying to run an IIS web server in my computer and trying to access it from my office. i have done port forward and DMZ already. now, when i enter my house BSNL public IP 59.92.41.184(this is dynamic) in my office computer it shows my router config page !! i want to see my IIS webpage instead.. please help

*enabled DMZ for the ip address my web server is running
    *done port forward for 80
*tried to run IIS on different port and tried to access IIS, it says page cannot be displayed
*i know that our BSNL public IP will change dynamically, so i am using service from no-ip.com which will link my ip with a web address.
*i have DHCP enabled in my router for WIFI access. but my deskop computer is static.

i tried to do the same with my laptop which is connected using WIFI to the router. still no use. i can very well connect to the IIS with internal IP address within LAN network ie 192.168.1.3.

i accessed IIS like you mentioned only xx.xx.xx.xx:80

    what PF entities?

Port forward entries UDP TCP port numbers etc. from the modem.
( not needed if problem solved )
I can access your web site without the Port number xx.xx.xx.xx
*i have DHCP enabled in my router for WIFI access. but my deskop computer is static.
When you use WIFI the IP address changes. ( disable DHCP in wifi router )
    enable DHCP in modem .

i sent you a private message, you will understand what i am talkin about if you read it... actually the address i have given in private is supposed to open my IIS webpage not the router config page

See post No 2. I get Welcome page ONLY.
Your modem cannot be accessed by me
( You have to delete the DMZ entry )

    Enable Server button on left.
    also add UDP.
    feedback.

PS: You need not worry about hacking. Simply switch off modem and
start again. Your Dynamic Ip will change.

this is freaky... if i access my public IP within my LAN network, it is taking me to router config page... if i try it from outside network, it is taking me to IIS. i do not know the logic behind this.

thank you so much for your quick help essbebe. without you i would have broken my head for couple of more days

Ok. Glad to have helped . goodnight.
I think DMZ is applicable for WAN only.

Beetel440TXI appears same model as UTSTAR WA1003-A

    NAT -- DMZ Host

The DSL router will forward IP packets from the WAN that do not belong to any of the applications configured in the Virtual Servers table to the DMZ host computer.

Enter the computer's IP address and click "Apply" to activate the DMZ host.

Clear the IP address field and click "Apply" to deactivate the DMZ host.

    DMZ Host IP Address: ______________________-
