Will work ONLY with IE browser.
edc selfcare portal.
In IE9 log in page opens. Forgot Password page also seen.
i cannot test further as my portal is data.bsnl.in
tested in sdc portal. ( same as above )
tested in ndc portal. ( stuck in PW change page which is different )
tested in wdc portal Page User authentication failed.
