Thread: help needed with utorrent!!!

i use the UT300R2U router to connect to dataone..i get very reduced speeds in utorrent even for a torrent with a good no of seeders.and the status icon is never green,but yellow...the utorrent site showed that the incoming port isnt forwarded. i went to portforwarding.com but the guides there talked about a virtual server under advanced setup in the router page,but my router doesnt have one..so any 1 plz tell me how to forward the blocked ports,and use utorrent effectively.i post here my routers startup page..::
