what is the main difference between bsnl BB Home UL 750 plan and BB Home Combo UL 750 plan. i have bsnl BB home combo UL 750 plan. Is i am eligible to get the new bsnl offers ,ie 2 mbps speed up to first 8gb.. please help me with this topic.

UL 750 and UL 750 Combo has only one difference, you do not have to pay telephone rent. It is like having a line only for internet connection.

No matter which plan you are, you are free to switch to any plan that is available in your circle without any extra cost.
ok. As per sureshp discussion on new bsnl plans,
this offer is only eligible for BB Home ULD 750 CS7. is i am under this plan.
