Thread: D-Link DIR-524 + Beetel 110 BX + BSNL

Hi all
i am a new member here, i want your help. I bought a D-Link DIR-524 router to share my internet connection through wifi but i am not able to configure it with beetel 110 bx modem, i have tried every thing with no success kindly help me i am very hopeless now

Step1: Beetel110BXI
( see link WA3002-g4 below less wifi page) )
confirm you connect in PPPoE ( always on) mode
( Userid PW stored in modem wan page )
Enable dhcp in LAN page. range 192.168.1.3 to say 192.168.1.10.
SAVE reboot.
Confirm system connects to Internet automatically.

Step 2 :

Home WAN
Select Dynamic IP
In LAN page allot IP 192.168.1.2. for wifi router.
rest auto
Wifi page as usual. select Channel 11.

Step 3 :
set up: Modem RJ45===>>dir524 WAN Port.
Dir514 LAN1 to desktop.
~~~~ laptop
or Lan2 to laptop ethernet port.
( keep cable connected if Windows 7 )

Thanx dude for the quick replay but there is some mistake, you are reffering DI-524 while my modem is DIR-524 so those options are not available here, i would like to know the basic setup procedure by which i will be able to configure it, thanx again
