Thread: problem in opening yahoo or some other sites

i hv d link modem using unlimted plan of bsnl.due to some upgradation my username and password changed.after changing username i can't open yahoo,rediff sites.pl help

What type of upgrade? how your password and username has changed?.Are those the only sites that are not opening now? OR you can not open any site?

bsnl replace the system to upgrade so the username and pass changed

presume other sites are opening. and can be accessed.

In this forum members try to help/reply same day
and many have solved their problem within 24 hours.

Check MTU value in dlink modem ( Model Number ?) usual 1492 reduce to 1460.

Usually the USERID@bsnl.in is not changed
( any way I will recheck !! Never tried to change my USERID also using default PW password !!)
Password can be changed
These are required to connect to internet.
In you self care portal there is provision to change the default PW allotted to you. by BSNL.
confirm your IP is now !17.xx.xx.xx
