Thread: Confused whether BB plan changed or not.

On 3rd December I opened a lead on Udaan site to change my BB plan from Home 500 to Home 700.
On 7th December Lead was cancelled, and remark for Lead cancellation is shown as WORK COMPLETE.

Now on logging into selfcare portal the BB plan is still shown as HOME 500.

How to know if plan is changed or not?

Check the summary on top and see how much is shown as chargeable
( excluding night free usage )
Check against a recent date when, you have used the Nu download.The last column will show 0
Then Not changed to BBG700 with 4GB limit and no free download.
Did you cancel the change of Tariff plan on 7th Dec or earlier ?

13 December is the last date on which I used the Broadband during NU time.

2. Also I am from UP West, didn't BBG700 has 8GB limit now? As written here - http://bsnl.co.in/service/new_BB/BB_Standalone_lim.htm

YOUR tariff plan remains Home 500 with 2.560 MB limit DAYtime and Unlimited download NU period. Chargeable units shown as 0 KB.
Night usage shown separately are not counted.
Appears you are not a heavy downloader of large files from torrents etc ( movies/songs etc )
Add up day usage d/l during till say 18/19th Dec 2011
Total it confirm balance available for Day usage .

3 . Apply again around Dec 25th in Udaan site for TARIFF plan change.

Yes. the option is available in your selfcare portal.

But there is one problem in selfcare portal, I cannot see all available plans in selfcare portal.
For example - there is no BBG700 plan in selfcare portal.

Does it happen to everybody?

Mine is data.bsnl.in. Chennai circle. Option to change plan another link.

You have to wait for members having access to selfcare ndc portal.
for confirmation.

Better try Udaan site and back up with a written application to CC BSNL your exchange. Quote Udaan LeAD No. DATE. get CC stamp in your copy.
