How did you calculate the speed ? Better try a download from Microsoft and check speed. Use IDM or any good download manager and see if it works fine.

Disable firewall / antivirus if any and check.

Try using another device and confirm. Preferably a mobile.

Remove password on WiFi (if any) and check.

All above steps presume that only your laptop is working and no other device is using your connection.

Which is other WiFi device you tried ? Mention model, make and OS.

Do you have a password for WiFi ? If yes, which encryption ?

    Any update ?
