hi how to register to know broadband usage details,i tried many times but ots not opening,

You need a portal id and a password to know the broadband usage details from the BSNL website.Call your BSNL exchange to know your id and password.

Which usage portal you tried to register ?

This portal is for users with Ip address 117.xx.xx.xx mostly in Chennai/Bengaluru/Kolkata.
2.

Others have to select a selfcare portal according to their location.
http://selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in for North Zone
REGISTER with your own chosen Id and wait for PW from BSNL.

Click customer zone and select to reach (1).
You may get a list of 4 selfcare portals with locations list.
