I am using bsnl 850 plan last month 10 days my internet was not work because thir told me cable problems its not my problems on the 1st day i was complaint but thir not redy to solve so many time i have inform after 10 days thir repaired now i got last month bill thir took full charges what is this bsnl are very usless staff

You are entitled for refund if internet is down for more than three days continuously. It is easy if you have a complaint no., otherwise, talk to accounts officer and demand the refund.

Yes I have complaint no but its some late after 4 5 days before 4 5 days i have complaint directly going to office and complaint

I got a refund for BB connection Not available for 7 days.
Registered complaint with CC. Chennai circle
Gave application addressed to A.O(TR) claiming rebate.
Got first bill without any change.
Received revised Bill reducing bill amount by Rs approx Rs 140/=

im staying kerala wr can i complaint i hve near one bsnl office thir useless staff thir finel words if u would like to cuntinue u can otherways u can disconnect all are stuppid staff sitting there
