Default I know there are many posts like this but

i have read the frequent disconnection step by step and have followed all those steps
my SNR D/S is sometimes near 6 or sometimes near 17 fluctuates after DSL disconnections same thing with SNR U/S 12 and 32 fluctuations when high SNR Line annetuation is low and internet is good

BSNL people are doing nothing to solve my problems
I didnt understand one step "If your values are bad, ask the line man to give a clean line. Make sure there are no joints or non insulated parts." which line are we talking about..? The wire which connects the DSL socket of modem to the plug or the internal lines.

NOTE:- THE BSNL LINE MAN HAD COME AND DONE SOME WORK INSIDE THE MAIN HOUSE WIREBOX AND FIXED A SPLITTER IN THAT TO ITS DIRECT WIRE SO IT SHOULD NOT DISCONNECT BUT STILL NO SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM ONLY ONE PHONE IS CONNECTED AFTER THE SPLITTER AND ONE LINE IS SENT TO THE SOCKET IN ROOM WHERE MODEM IS

    PLEASE PLEASE NEED HELP!!

Dial some number from your land-line phone and listen if there is some interference you can hear in phone. If you listen ring is going clearly and there is no other sound then I think your line is good. If there are some other sounds when you dial some number then your line is faulty. Then go to BSNL office and don't say them that your internet is not working just say them that your land line phone is not working good and you can not phone to someone as there are lots of sound coming from your phone. then they will definitely do something about your phone line(The line which is coming from exchange).

I was having DSL stability issue and this helped me.

The overall line quality should be good. But you should make sure that at least the line from junction box to your modem is like that.

Did you try changing the modem mode, used another modem and check ?

SNR stands for Signal to Noise Ratio, the higher this value the better your connection quality. When someone says that make sure there is only one line. They mean check the main telephone cable that comes in your home from their pole. Check to make sure the line does not break anywhere, or is not joint anywhere inbeween. The insulation should not be stripped anywhere along the line. For best connection quality, there should be a single unbroken line from their pole right to the whitebox/splitter they install in to your home, from the splitter one line should go to your phone and one to your modem.
You can always try this take your modem to where the phone line is plugged in to your splitter, remove the main line from the splitter, and plug it straight in to your modem and see if the connection still keeps dropping.

Nothing will happen. Even through the adsl splitter Modem Port it is Direct.
( The phone Port has the electronic items ( coils /condensers) for Telephone only)

Possibility of Direct connection(short)to both Telephone/Modem remote.
If both telephone audio and data signal mix
you may hear"hiss' sound in handset. and BB connection may become intermittent.
