Hi,
I have major issue from from BSNL , i have changed my broadband plan from UL750+ to BBG Combo ULD 1000 plan since the day 1 of the new plan active internet browsing speed is very slow and internet gets disconnected every 2 min , have logged complaints with BSNL Customer care almost 5 times till date its not been solved , Tried with different modem , cables , splitter ... nothing worked out ..till now...
have visited BSNL office as well , but at the end no solution
Please some 1 let me how to solve the issue.
