    Cool BBG 850 Speed Increased?

    Hi friends, does anyone experiencing increase in speed in BBG Combo 850 plan? I changed to this plan from 750UL 2 months ago, i was getting low speeds at the end of the month for the last two month after reaching 8 GB. but this month my speed got slow for some two days ago but now i'm getting almost average of 50-90 KB/sec That is almost 1mbps??? i also checked my usage it shows i used about 10.5 GB. is it only me??? i'm from Dindigul Tamilnadu

    it seems like i'm getting 512 kbps even after reaching 8 GB limit instead of 256 kbps

    yes i'm able to watch youtube videos without any problem its showing 120+ kbps while watching youtube videos... but i downloaded a movie via torrent but it showed an average of only 60+ kbps weird all I'm afraid now is weather something went wrong in my account and if I'll be over charged in my next bill (you really can't belief these BSNL guys)

    Very true. BSNL normally puts their mistakes on our head and send a bill for that. You will continue to get pre FUP speed (for more time) if you do not restart your connection.

    Angry They Did it!

    They did it!!! now i got a bill of Rs.1557.20 i called up CC now they're telling me that i'm not on an unlimited plan so they've charged for some extra 3-4 GB data. What do i do when i applied for changing plan its clearly stated BB BBG Combo 850. I've attached the screenshot of the info from selfacare site below please have a look

    Whichever date implemented does not matter.
    You need not pay either under the old plan750 or new plan.850

    Check in Same self care Portal BIlled usage for Dec /2011& Nov/2011.
    You can see under which plan you have been billed. to charge you.
    error at local office.
    Post only top summary.
    Give application to A.O now and get receipt in your copy.
    Feedback.

    well thanks for trying to help mate! i'm glad you are trying to help me but i'm not able get what you telling me to do. as far as my understandings eversince my plan got changed it was always on old BB BBG 850 instead of BB BBG ULD 850. i'm telling this because my bill always says my bb plan is BBG 850 which is old discontinued plan that is no longer available so I thought it was normal and I also called up customer care last month to ask about the speed issue that I've told in my first post but they also also told me I'm in unlimited plan, and I also didn't exceed 10 gb limit of the plan (old BBG 850) for the last 3 months. only last month that my usage got beyond 10 gb limit. The only thing I want to know is how come they chang my plan to wrong plan. Is there any way to solve this matter without paying the amount given in the bill?

    What is the idea of using full quote ? delete it. If you want some one else to answer , and the post is very old in a thread , no objection.

    Now you complicate the issue with Old BBG850 etc.
    Await further suggestions from other members.

    Users under old plans ( wef 1 st Feb 2011 etc discontinued) continue to get the benefits/restrictions , till they change their tariff plan.
    Month discontinued ??: old BBG850 ( forget it )
    Month started ??:You had changed to Home 750 U/L usage
    Month changed ??:Now you are in plan shown in your attachment: BBG Combo U/L850. U/L usage

    1. I replied from mobile that's why i couldn't edit your quote
    2. When i check billed usage for the month Nov & Dec it only shows the table that contains usage data and there's no mention of which plan i'm in, i've attache the screenshot below. But in my bill my plan is shown as BBG COMBO 850
    3. I mean how come they change my plan wrongly to BBG COMBO 850 (which is discontinued) instead of the plan i want (which is BB BBG COMBO ULD 850)

    That's what i'm also asking. How did they change to discontinued plan? as you can see in the screen shot i gave request for new unlimited plan but they changed it wrongly

    You point out the Mistake to A.O (TR) and give an application and get receipt.
    If revised Bill is not given,
    option 1 ay ( to avoid surcharge/disconnection )
    or
    Option2 :
    complain here. now

    I've made a complaint in the given link. Lets see what happens

    thanks for your effort in analyzing my problem and giving suggestions

    Today morning got a call from Public Grievance officer. The lady who was on the phone was kind and they immediately changed my plan to 850 Unlimited for refund of the amount they told me to send a mail to pg_ma@bsnl.co.in (note this mail id if you are in Madurai telecom circle it might come in handy if you got any problem like me )i did so. Lets see if i get my money back

    As per your guidance i was able to solve my by complaining in the link given by you and i also got an email from public grievance officer that my excess billed amount will be credited on my next bill so just wanna say thank you
