    Default BB not working

    Hi all my BB is not working from 8 dec i complait to local exchange, to SDO, to GM and also register my complait at 1500 but nothing happens any one please help me where i can go now?

    Do you have a complaint no. / receipt or any proof for registering complaint or prove that internet is not working since Dec 8 ? If yes, you will get waiver in next bill.

    Thanks dear for ur quick reply.actully i register complaint on exchange complaint register.then again submit my complaint to 1500 and GM.

    You can use the complain no. in case they charge you for the offline days. Use the link in last post for better response on your issue.

    BSNL site says

    The rebate in Fixed Monthly charges will be granted on proportionate basis if the Broadband services remain interrupted/faulty for continuous more than 3 days.

    BB not working means what error u r getting? whether Phone is working or not?

    Give an application addressed to A.O (TR)
    quoting complaint number/date given earlier to CC,
    and ask for rental rebate for BB wef
    8th Dec 2011.
    Get receipt from CC ( Exchange )
    2.
    Confirm Telephone is working.
    Mention modem/model/number.
    Connect to computer and Check Diagnostics or report
    which LED is not glowing.

    Mode of connection : PPPoE automatic connection
    (UserID/PW stored in Modem wan page )

    AO is in a different office, in our place AO is a nice person. Corrected my bill a few times on request through phone. But a written application with receipt will be always better.
