    Okay so i went with the printouts of disconnected logs straight to the sde of the branch exchange and they start kissing our feet....nw drop wire it is i will post more updates whenever anything happens

    thread solved...they gave one direct big wire from the junction box and its as smooth as cheesse thankyou for all your help!
