    No.
Even if you connect both only one connection will work at a time.
But you CAN USE THE MODEM OF AIRTEL FOR Dataone also.
Save modem rent.Go through the thread connection Dataone on Beetel 220Bx

You change the adsl cable from the splitters.

you can use them i think ... just connect both the connections one by bsnl by USB lan and airtel by lan and and then in your network connections select both lan connections and click on bridge connections this will bridge both the lan connection .. i think you will be able to use both connection .... just try !

not possible if you use both connections in same XP install.only way to do this is by using virtualization software like vmware & then create a virtual XP inside your XP & then connecting one connection to virtual XP & another to your XP.
even if you bridge both connections in same XP as angelofdeath said you can not use both of them.every connection will have a unique IP address & any packet send from your computer to surf/download/upload anything on net can not have more than one IP address from which it will be send & thats why this can not be done without using some virtualization software.

Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?

whitestar is correct. It is not possible to use two BB connections simultaneously. One can keep two connections as a backup when other goes down but ultimately only one can be used at a time.
