    Default Help me How to Configure Airtel Beetel 220bx ADSL Modem with BSNL DATAONE connection

    Hi Guys,

    I have previously an Airtel Broadband Internet Connection unlimited plan proived by Beetel 220BX ADSL 2Modem (no usb drive) now recently i took BSNL Broadband connection with 625plan unlimited i have Winodws 7 operating system on my LAPTOP i tried all the setting possbilities in WAN by changing VPI = O and VCI = 35 by Selecting PPP over PPOE by going thru the guidlines mentioned in India BroadBand forum and my Diagnostics report is showing almost failed please guide/help me on this.....

    mine is basic beetel 220bx asdl2 modem (no usb support and also wired modem) please help me...

    Menu pages are same . did you see the website and screen shots?
    see the guide wa3002-g4 below.

    OK.
    Just try this.
    Open menu pages and RESET to factory settings.
    Use Dialer in system and try to connect .
    ( assuming all PVCs 0-35 0-32 1 -32 etc are present.)

    Diagnositics report is showing almost failed is that i need to update by firmware?

    was the model in working condition earlier.?

    Which LED is not glowing /

    Copy/paste data here or attach as *.doc
    [ go advanced/scroll down/ attach files/ manage attachments/upload

    Are you checking 1_32 or 0_35
    br_0_35 Diagnostics
    Test the connection to your local network
    ......................

    Which ones failed ?

    yes it is in working condition.

    Test the connection to your local network
    Test your ENET(1-3) Connection: FAIL
    Test your ENET4 Connection: PASS

    Test the connection to your DSL service provider
    Test ADSL Synchronization: FAIL
    Test ATM OAM F5 segment ping: FAIL
    Test ATM OAM F5 end-to-end ping: FAIL

    Test the connection to your Internet service provider
    Test PPP server connection: PASS
    Test authentication with ISP: FAIL
    Test the assigned IP address: FAIL
    Ping default gateway: FAIL
    Ping primary Domain Name Server: FAIL

    Give software version.
    and Ipconfig /all data
    Confirm you are using PPPoE mode ( BsnlID/PW entered/stored in wan page )
    yes it is in working condition.
    All LEDs light up ?
