how to block and allow some websites to a particular ip in a network using ip filtering in an adsl modem..

Go to your router page, there should be something like 'firewall' (depends on your model). There should be some options there to do it.
I suggest you include your model number in your first post, so someone who has more experience with this will help you out.

you could also check the documentation of your model. If you got a disc with your modem, it should be there in the disc.
