Thread: Bsnl bbg uld 3300

I applied for BBG ULD 3300 but officers in BSNL Exchange, rejected to install at home.

Reason given: Its a business plan not for home user

Is it true, ULD 3300(not combo) is business plan

You can offer to pay annual discounted charges, and collect a WIFI router worth Rs 2200/= free.

Ypp...it's available for both Home and Businees users. Take a printout of it and show it to the officers who said that it is a business plan

Take a Print Out and show him....These Officials hardly know anything about plans and all

They are always like this, i remember even for the 6 months unlimited offer they were initially not accepting and aware. Same also happened earlier with 3g modem pricing when there was a reduction and they were not aware. So take the documentation and printout show it to them and then they would do it.

Another option is to apply for Change of tariff plan
in your SelfCare portal
or in this web site. ( No need to log in)

Yes, that also works, i got my plan changed by applying online and following up with plan change with the exchange and Area Manager.
