You workout the Bill for December 2011 for total bill Rs 2672/=. with guide lines given. ( No TAX on security deposits )
I had tried to give method of calculating charges.
Did you mention you are having own modem /
Did you mention you paid an advance /?
Did you mention Credit is given in the bill ?
Date of Telephone connection if new ?
    Date broadband service given ?
Did I mention about any telephone calls being charged ?

Basic question was about 20% concession.

    Thumbs up

Opting for unlimited plan makes sense so that you don't need to worry about usage and billing. Go for UL750 its a good plan.

The 250 free calls come into effect only after internet has been activated. If you made any calls before, they will be counted in your bill. In my case they had added the security deposit in the first bill even though I had already paid it. They corrected it later after I showed them the receipt. Also have you already applied for the 20% discount?
Check the bill where you have been charged more. If its the installation charges which you have already paid, you can get a revised bill. If its the usage charges you may have to pay the extra bill..
