Both registry and Modem MTU 1460.
although i was having 1460 under my router settings, windows was showing 1500.
After this both show 1460 and all sites work

By the way my user name here is "essbebe"

If you are suggesting MTU as 0 for ALL modems please spell out.

MTU 1350 worked for me.
