Yes. about printers cannot say. ( mention model)
In this case it has to be connected any way to a computer port.
Hints:
Connect in PPPoE mode ( userid/PW stored/entered in WAN page)
Enable DHCP give range 192.168.1.3 to 192.168.1.10
( 192.168.1.2 reserved for USB mode of modem )
Try to access printer say connected to computer A from computer B.

The ports on an ADSL modem are, indeed, your Local Area Network. If you had wifi, that would be included too. You can do anything that the operating systems of the connected computers allow you (or are configured) to do, including sharing files, printers (connected to one of the computers) etc etc.
