Hey Frnds I Just Wanted Ur Help

I Wanted To Get The Connection Of Bsnl At My Home
I Have Filled Form In The Exchange
But It Has Passed 2 Months There Is No Sign Of Any Bsnl Engineer Here

Can I Get Some Info Abt It

its 10 months since i have been waiting.they seem to have stopped giving new connections.why then would they take 10 months to give a new connection

please visit your BSNL exchange and meet a higher authority .
remind about your application & enquire about the position .
this is the best way to know what exactly happening there .

the only problem here is that i have even visited to the nearest exchange many times
but the peope there too say that ur application is still in the cue

and they r not having the modems with thm to apply

Hi all,
I am waiting for the connection for past 10 months. Now finally they called me up and told me that the modem of type II , type III and type IV are not avalible and I wont get a wireless modem so finally I agreed for an non wireless modem and they promised to give me connection very early (appox. one month). This is the wrost condition I have ever seen in any organisation.

this is all government problm
this shows how r government works
this shows how much they work for people and how much for themselves

You go and visit your exchange and ask your broadband connection process state. Surely you will get the connection soon. Wait for another 10-20 days.

Just go in exchange and give a bribe or if you are having some contact then ask him.
It often happens.
Other option is go directly to SDE of your branch and ask him or launch a complaint there.
