    Default long repairing duration

    BB has become almost essential service like electricity / water. BSNL took 6 days to restore BB service in Nagpur as spare card is not available.
    How Bsnl is going to compete with private operators?

    BSNL people don't want to do any work coz they are GOVERNMENT employees

    Problem is slow promotion process in govt departments.. so they give up customer care..
