    Download Microsoft Security Essentials .
Also Microsoft malicious software removal tool.
Change Password/s of your ONLINE banking/credit card web sites.

Cannot make out from netstat any information. No idea.

Recollect recent instance where you made your own ONline payment giving details of your credit card bank acct number etc.
Did you respond to any email asking for these details ? specially reportedly from ICICI Bank ?

    Feedback on action taken.

If you are using wifi mode , enable MAC address filter and enter your wlan card Mac address.
Also change the WIFI security code.

most of the credit card transactions need verified by visa password / Master card secure. Change it immediately

Did you do any transaction in any intercafe recently?

If possible ask bank authorities for IP number that has been used for this fradulent transaction.
IF Amount is big,you can file complaint in Police station, if its used for online purchases which requires physical delivery of product, then thief can be easily caught.

These bank frauds happen when you enter login credentials on malicious websites unknowingly or tracking cookies have been installed or if key loggers are installed

its really difficult to know whether computer is hacked or not

And ask your bank to immediately block your credit card and reissue a new one.

Dear Friends ! Bundle of thanks for your kind concern. Someone had used my HDFC credit card for a amount of Rs 28160 at North woods Inn and Suite at Saskatoon { Canada } on 19.01.2012 . I got SMS at my mobile phone. I immediately called customer care to block my credit card. Please advise me to what action should i take. I had removed 14 viruses from my PC and terminated services running in background by Task Manager. Should i install windows afresh or something else should be done. I had a net safe activated on my credit card. I had done last transaction on PAYTM online. I never divulged my details to anyone online or physically. The card was always in my possession.

There are chances that a clone of your card could have been made while you were using your card at some place or while withdrawing cash at an ATM....Immediately ask your bank to block your card and file a complaint with them...so that when the culprit is caught, you will get back your money

p.s. whenever you are doing online transactions, ensure that you are doing the transaction ONLY in a secured site - https://

You should ideally reformat your machine. Use genuine software instead of pirated one. Avoid online international transactions - they do not use "Verified by Visa" or "Secure by MasterCard" or any such mechanism. Many international web-site do not even ask for CVV code.

It is unlikely that anyone should use a credit card on an ATM. The OP used it on PAYTM, an online txn.

use this and right to hdfc
    http://www.hdfcbank.com/common/pdf/C...SPUTE_FORM.pdf

file a complaint in police station

Check HDFC online banking to see last transactions of your card..
this seems to be a cloning of the card, this can happen only if your card swiped at skimmer machines.

its seems a offline transaction at POS

i really wonder if clone card can be prepared by using online card tranactions??

first and foremost install a fresh copy of windows after formating your hard drive ,then install a genuine paid anti virus or good free antivirus like avast or avg
but anyday paid mcacfee or norton will score

most of the points are well quoted in the thread...

later, issue a ticket with your home(circle) manager..
block the card on your sip.

ask for further information on what steps are taken by the office(important because mostly they are very busy).

all members should use firefox browser and look if https is the url prefix or not..

no transactions shall be made on a http site..
