a big problem to my broadband.
Dear friends please help to fix that error.

i was used ccleaner before 4 days and when start cleaner and end's it.. my internet connection suddenly stopped. and its not working now.
i have used all diagnostics features in my pc.
i have Window 7 OS.

Please help me if anyone can fix that..

Ccleaner does not affect modem/router settings.
or erases internet settings.
Mention your modem model /number ,
After connecting to ( 192.168.1.1 id admin Pw admin usually)
Internet check the Diagnostics page . and report failed parts.
Presume IE browser is working.
If possible try a System Restore Point.

i have shifted 250 pln to 500c+ and how i knows whether i have changed it suggeat other mmetod than portal id or calling ti customer
