Thread: BSNL BROADBAND High bill

i m using bb-home-ul499 pln since last four months and now recently i got a bill of 1040
i have been charged bsnl broadband phone call charges extra of rs.369
i m also unavle to login to my account to check usage it gives id invalid
whereas im using same id to surf.

Please take your bill to customer grieveances redressal center in the exchange. Ask them, very politely, what each charge is. They will have to explain (even if grudgingly). Perhaps there have been STD/ISD calls.

Do not loose your temper with them. Keep smiling and you will be amazed at the service you will get.

Check with them about other queries like "unable to login", etc.

Register at a selfcare portal according to your region.
You can use your OWN choice of ID. PW will be sent by bsnl.

Telephone calls.
Details of telephone calls made will be provided ( date called number/duration charges STD ISD etc ) at extra cost by A.O.(TR)
of your Exchange.

After free calls ( 50) additional calls are charged.
Approx in telephone meter reading ( shown in the BILL )
Do you find about/approx 190 calls charged ? ? ( at Rupee one per call )
