Can this (Belkin N150 wireless modem-router) be used for connecting my PC to BSNL broadband without using my UT-300R2U modem?
If there is a Rj11 port and as your thread title suggests
a modem router can use it.
Also a WAN/internet port will be missing.

This model has 4 ethernet ports and one ADSL port. I tried my level best to configure it...but I got the message as username and password not accepted by the service provider....any help in configuring it is highly welcome
I've connected the cable from splitter (ADSL) to the modem ADSL port....and ethernet cable from modem router to PC
The model number is F7D1401 v1

If possible please post screen shots of router pages except the page where you enter your USERID/PW or ( blank it ) you may refer also at a later date if any problem !!!
For UT300r2u check whether power adaptor is same as for Belkins.
Confirm here first. . Voltage out put DC plug inner positive.
Post Summary/ statistics/ADSL page showning snr atttn etc.

I can feel the difference in speed also...I play a lot of online games....the difference is very much visible
