Thread: Procedure to change Broadband Plan?

Hi Guys,

Can you please tell me the procedure to change BSNL broadband plan? I am planning to change to UL750 Plan. I stay in Bangalore.

Register at selfcare portal of bsnl at selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in and in that select option submit new service request and change the broadband plan

or you can call 1504 and request for plan change. This works in AP

Both ways plan gets changed in less than 48hrs,some time even before 12hrs

call 1500 (customer Care) from registered bsnl landline or bsnl mobile and tell them you wanna change your plan. Tell them which plan u need to change to, keep your customer id number (you ll find it in your monthly bill) ready they'll ask for it confirm new plan .Plan change will be done on the 1st of every month
