Thread: frequent Disconnection and very slow

Dear Sir,

am Ramesh from Mysore. land line no is 0821-2481666.
am using bb internet from 4 years. problem is, it frequently disconnects and the download is very very slow. my plan is home 500 c where in the mentioned speed is 2 mbps. I complained many times, but no use. simply they close the complaints with out solving the problem. hope this site will hep me.
