O yeah!! BSNL is too fast nowadays i got my plan changed within hours say 1-2hrs; Since you are on ULD 1350 plan its 4 Mbps upto 20 GB, 512 Kbps beyond 20 GB; i think once you finish your 20 GB you fall under FUP (i.e your speed reverts to 512Kbps)

Yes they do provide those speeds i am on ULD1350 plan getting over 3.3 Mbps download speeds, facing no issues at all. So you can go for the same.

Giving 4mbps for 20 GB for 1350 doesn't really mean bsnl is good. Bandwidth should be cheaper than this. I wonder if India uses a huge international traffic? Every website I go to have their servers somewhere outside. Is it making the bandwidth cheaper for those places and costlier here?
