Thread: Need Help LED lights constantly blinks In Asus Dsl N10

i purchased new Asus DSL-N10 Wireless-N ADSL Modem Router For my bsnl broadband connection officer configure my modem it work perfectly but after some time automatic disconnected. i restart all my PC and modem then i shocked Power led lights constantly blinking i called to bsnl officer they our side working perfectly chek modem


I need help how to solve this problem.

How you are working on Internet now? which modem in use ?

Can you access the modem /router menu pages ?
confident of making entries if needed ?

Try to take it to BSNL office and get it checked there.

Confirm how you connect ?
Dialer mode: enter id/pw in system window ?
or
Internet connects automatically PPPoE mode ?
id/pw stored/entered in modem WAN page )

If present model is bad dealer will replace the unit. ( 2 or 3Yrs guarantee)
How you decided on this model?

not get zte modem

only blinking leg light of power

its work for some tilme like 10 to 20 min then disconnected and restared pc and modem.

cant start modem so i can chek it pw and username

plz hel me i m purchased from flipkart.

Which modem or Phone you are using now to connect to Internet ?

IF it works for 10 or 20 minutes no need for any changes now.

Ensure ALL telephones are Connected AFTER the ADSL filter.etc
Confirm in Handset no noise is heard ( crackling Hiss etc )
