    Thumbs up 1350 uld 20gb crossed and still 2mbps

    hello

    i have crossed fup which is 20gb i downloaded about 22 gb now i have restarted my modem also .

    my fup was ended on 28 jan but i am still getting 2mbps

    i heard on some forums now fup changed to 30 gb is that true?


    btw sorry yes i get only 2mbps here sde jto all sucks they have no idea about how to lift cap i complaint many times but i am fine with 2mbps atm may be later i will go to comsumer court for there scam..

    yes buddy. I too hav 1350 plan. I have crossed fup which is 20gb 1 week ago but its still 4mbps for me

    omg its 1 feb and it should be reset to 2mbps

    but i am still getting 512 kbps wtf ?

    Some times the server that controls your bandwidth and all could have a different time and its also possible that the permissions are updated say every 4 hours or may be 8 hours.. Thats how it normally works unless Bsnl has a different setup.

    since after noon 1pm , i'm getting error 691,

    when i called cc they told that process of network migration is going on ,that is the reason for error 691

    Guess bsnl is shifting me to NIB-2 for 4mbps speed. till now i'm getting 2mbps plan and my plan is showing as 500 plan in old portal. I think bsnl woke up and changing the plan
    i have given request on 16th of last month
    i was waiting for bill to come to see exact date of plan change. bill comes on 6th of every month usually


    does process of migration from NIB-1 to NIB-2 takes hours????
