Thread: Download speed has been completly reduced and unable to open few sites.

I started using BSNL connection in 2011 and it was really working fine, with good download speed. The only issue was it was getting disconnected very often. I informed several times regarding this issue and did not get resolved. Hence i had temporarily disconnected the connection.

The problem is now i have re-activated the connection and nothing works fine. The download speed has been reduced and unable to open few links like Putlocker, novamov and other sites. The same works fine when i use Tata photon on same computer. Please suggest if their is any option to resolve this issue.

Note: i am not even able to contact customer care. The call gets disconnected in between the conversation. Please suggest if you have any number where i can get help.

You have to give details of the modem you use.
Also check snr/attn data in menu pages (ADSL menu item )
Hope you connected the ADSl splitter properly.
Mention plan speed and give speed test results.
