Default Mac Id feature enabling on BSNL modem gone wrong - unable to connect to the modem

I have a BSNL broadband connection and modem is a UTStarcom WA3002-G4 model. I was trying to enable MAC Id for connecting to the modem. Half way through the process my computer crashed and the MAC Id got enabled without any one computers MAC Id being registered.
Now none of my devices are able to connect to the modem. How do I connect my computers to the modem or disable MAC Id security feature? Or can I reset the modem? Please help with this problem.

    TIA

    Check Wireless Advanced menu.
    Disable MAC filter.
    Confirm connecting in LAN mode.

I was trying to enable MAC Id for connecting to the modem

Tried in WA3002_g4 for which modem ?
You add MAC address of laptops/smartphones/wifi printers. not for modems..

Please confirm at least one desktop or Laptop connects to the Internet in LAN mode and you can surf.
    Recheck settings from this link.
