    Lightbulb Broadband Plan Change to BBG FN Combo 500

    My Telephone No *****. I have given plan change request letter on 30.1.2012 to your Office at Ganga Nagar, Kodambakkam, Chennai.24 to change my existing BB Home ULD 750 plan to BBG FN Combo 500. But till now I havenot recd any reply regarding the plan change.
    How do I know about the plan change? I want the above plan to come into effect from 1.2.2012

    Log in BSNL Portal and check My orders. ( Chennai circle only )
    website working today.
    Get 14digit usage portalId and PW default password from CC.

    2. From today speed has been increased. for Home 750 FUP 6/8 GB

    You have missed this plan speed 2 Mbps/8GB the 512Kbps ( Chennai circle)
    BB Home ULD 750 CS7 Home 750 u/l
    Any way try in Exchange personally.
