clarity is a bsnl's online system or something like that.all the plan changing requests pass through clarity....tell your engineer in your bsnl exchange, he will surely convert your status from clarity to provisioned.

"Completed At Clarity" means the order has been delivered through the system but not yet approved at the other end(Someone who is in charge).

Since when did you apply for plan change.....?talk to exchange..they will change your open status into confirmed whithin an hour...btw which plan you are going to change? some plan needs that you deposit 1000rs. into your accounts....so ask to exchange....

no need to extra pay for selfcare..
