Thread: sometimes i am getting this error 651 bsnl broadband

I am using bsnl Broadband 499/- home unlimited plan.

Modem: ITI DNA-A201BE-I


connection method : bridge and manually dialing

Operating System: I have both XP and 7 but facing same error.

Actual problem: I am getting error 651: connecting modem modem has reported some error.. My BB works file but sometimes almost during 2-3 times i a day it gives this error. Error automatically solved after 2-4 hours.

Note: I tried with Laptop also but same things happens.

Please help me. Is that BSNL line error or Modem error or any setting is required?

seems BSNL error.
If you can access modem menu pages check mod mode page and
disable ADSL2+ mode. Keep Bitswap enabled.

2. try Google DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

any one .. please give your opinion.
