Hi All...

I want to know that what the summary shown in selfcare portal shows ?? Total usage from connection start date or total monthly usage ?? Right now it is showing Total Usage about 15 GB and Chargeable Usage about 8.4 GB.

Meter readings are from 1st of the month. till 30th or 31st or 29th ( this year Feb )
If you got connected (fresh) on any other date readings will
be from date connection given till end of month.

Say from 16th Jan 2012. Usage quota for Paid Combo plans will be approx50% only.
Say Full month 1.5 GB 0.75GB .allowed free etc.
BB rent also charged 50%

You can get what is added for Total (Summary) from day to day recordings.

Deduct your Month's Free D/L ( on pro rata basis) from (Chargeable less NU.) shown last.
Give details of Tariff Plan selected and Date BB connection was given.
