Thread: How to auto reboot modem when it disconnects?

I am using bsnl broadband. It keeps on disconnecting after 5-6 hours.. I download so much stuff. So it is so much frustrating when you are downloading something and in between it disconnects and ruins all downloading.. When It disconnects it only then works after rebooting modem.. So I want some thing which auto reboot my modem when it disconnects the internet connection. My modem is ZTE ZXDSL 531B. I am running windows 7 64bit.

If you are on "Dialer" mode change to PPPoE mode (ID/PW stored in
WAN page of router )
Use a Download manager like FDM. Wil/can l resume D/L again after disconnection.
