Go to modem menu and under DSLdisable button ADSL2+
Bitswap enabled. SRA disabled. Annex M disabled/.
SAVE reboot. Wait for 2 minutes.
    Recheck SNR Attn values.
    Feedback.

    Para two;
    Speed has been upgraded to 1 Mbps/6GB d/l /then 512Kbps as usual.

These values are taken into account only when there are drastic speed fluctuations and frequent disconnections.
Btw, what's the speed you're getting?
Check here! My Broadband Speed - Broadband Speed Tester and post the SS in here.

It's decent speed for the mentioned plan. Are you getting that much speed constantly or it's varying quite a lot?
Do multiple speed tests and then put the SS of all of 'em.

Download this application and select optimal values.
    tcp/ip optimizer from speedguide.net.
Keep the slider at about 1.5 Mbps speed.
    Now Home 750 u/l speed is upto 1 Mbps/6GB/FUP/ then 512 Kbps.

Ideally it SNR margin must be atleast 18dB or more to have stable ADSL connection. Attenuation should be lower as possible like 10 db or less than 20 db.
To have a stable connection SNR (Signal to noise ratio is much important).
You would not be able to adjust these parameter from Modem, you need to check the joints you have in your telephone cable. Or if its old, see if you can get a replacement.
If you do not find any problem in your household, call up the BSNL guys to check the line they will fix it.

it is ok, nothing to worry about.

by the way your upload speed is set to low by your exchange. For 750ULD plan it should be set to 512

since you had already launched the complain for low download speed, so ask them about upload speed when you get reply from them.

Dont launch another complain for it.
