Thread: how do i get username password for BSNL Portal?

Hi all,
how do i get username password for BSNL Portal
I can access selfcare portal and this portal for bill payment. Main issue is that usage check is very cumbersome on selfcare portal. I guess it's much easier on the BSNL portal.

to keep track of your usage. Please verify readings with Self care portal.

Ip 117.xx.xx.xx.
( earlier also for Kolkata users : now shifted I think )
(b)Online phone /mobile phone billing payment etc.
