Thread: Slow speed in 1350plan

I have the BBG Combo ULD 1350 for the past two months. I had been getting 4mbps upto the fup in the month of january. But now suddenly my speed has decreased for the past 1 week i.e from the 1st of february .And 30GB limit has not crossed yet . I hadnt applied for any change of plan.

SNR ( not noise ??)Margin 34.05dB is quite good..

Repeated tests you can get a graph.
You can take print out and show to Bsnl BB section.

What is download speed you are getting?

What is ip range is it in 117.*.*.* or 59.*.*.*?

Ask BSNL JTO to resolve the issue or logde a complaint by calling 1504

talked with the JTO. He said that everything is fine and to check the speed in dataone.bsnl adsl speed tester. there it shows 3.26mbps but in speed test and other broadband speed tester it shows worst. and even to reply for this it took a long time to download the web page.

help pls.

dude you are not alone, almost everyone on 1350 combo plan has been affected, even me. i use to get 3 to 3.5 mbps but now 1 to 1.5 mbps.
