Do Bsnl provide 20% discount to government employee's ?

Guys if we make a 1yr. annual payment for broadband connection i.e 10 months * Rs.750/- = Rs.7500/- do govt. employee's get 20% discount on 7500 or on monthly rental i.e 750 * 20% = Rs.600/- per month after dist. plz confirm this asap.

Yes . You get it for annual payment option.
20% discount on Broadband services (usage and Rental) to Government Employees (Central Government/ State Government/ PSUs) and to Visually Impaired customers of both existing / new connection. However 20% discount to such employees shall not be applicable under Two Years and Three Years payment options.

You get additional discount of 20% on Rs 7500/= amounting to Rs 1500/=
Pay Rs 6000/= + taxes about 10.3%

This is applicable to pensioners as well.

I'm getting it for monthly payment option. We took the connection few months back. Please confirm it from your local BSNL office too.
