Thread: When will i get my password ?

hi,
I got my broadband connection yesterday.I was given a username and password
by which i could access the dataone email account.
I could not check the account usage with that username and password.
Is there a different password for checking my usage ?
kindly help me on this

dude to check the account usage log on to dataone.in and click on check account usage .. dis user id pass is da same as the one u used for connecting to internet !!

Thanks for the reply. Actually the guy who installed the broadband gave me just the dataone mail id and said its same for connecting to the internet also. But when i contacted a person in BSNL he said i will get the user id and password in a couple of days.

Here is a solution for your question. The username and the password given to you is correct but it will take some time to check your account usuage. Me too suffering from the same problem. You can download shaplus bandwidth meter which will be showing your net usuage.

ShaPlus didn work properly. I got a message saying "Page cannot be displayed".

Also when i checked my friends usage at his house i could go to the page
htpp://sancharnet.in/dataoneredirect.htm .

But in my connection am being redirected to BSNL Portal when i click the account administration link.
