    Default Bsnl broadband not issued username and password after getting a connection


    I have applied for a bsnl broadband connection on 28th Nov 2011. And we got a connection in January 16th 2012. Lineman came and given a connection we got a confirmation call from bsnl. But still now we do not get username and password for our account. We have called many times to customer care executives, they are saying that they will register a complaint, and noways lot of technical problems are there. But no response from them. Later I have mailed a letter regarding this issue to pg_chennai at bsnl, for that also no responses from their side. What I should do? Totally fed up with the bsnl service. Please help me.And now they are saying that in this January 2012 they have changed their software..and now they dont have any particulars of our connection.
