i got bsnl 750 home unlimited plan
i use teracom bsnl WiFi modem
i live in an apartments with telecom junction through which connections supplied to bsnl subscribers
PROBLEMS:
lately my internet link on modem goes red color for hours which results in no internet access. had this problem like 5-6 times this month with each failure lasting from 5-8 hrs.
During this time when i run the diagnostic tests in modem the results are
test your f4 OAM segment - FAIL
test your f4 OAM ETOE - FAIL
test PPP server connection - FAIL
rest all PASS
every time i call the exchange guy comes and fixes the issue for free.
i want to confirm is there a possibility where the bsnl technician can connect my connection to another apartment for side income through the junction box below.
got this suspicion cause we have 120 homes in our apartments and only bsnl broadband subscribers are facing this problem not others with plug and surf.
if this possibility exists can someone please provide a solution. if not is there any other possible reasons for this problem to exist. thank you again in advance
