Thread: How to change bsnl bb plan online?

Hello all,
Iam bsnl customer from mp,bhopal
i want to change my broadband plan online,i am registered on 'selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in' website but whenever i try to open 'Change Broadband Tariff Plan' option it says "Please contact our customer care or call center executive for the change of existing Broadband plan".
I want to change bsnl bb plan without calling anyone just through online process.

call them and they will change it in 1 hour only......change of plan through customer care is very fast...as compared to website...if you dont have idea that how to talk to them tell your brother(if any) or your frient to do so from your landline number...cc no.1500

But i read in some posts that online plan change only takes 15 mins..
And is the bsnl udaan site working properly? i opened it and it is showing old bb plans

Dear Friends i also want to change my Broadband Plan from: BB Home Combo UL 625 Monthly- Plan 256 to BB Home Combo UL 750 – Plan 512 please help i dont have selfcare or portal id should i have to go bsnl office?
