Thread: Broadband is going to be free all over India by 2009!!!!!!!

Is it true? That is what this Economic times article is saying.

Is it feasible for government to do that? Even if they do it, how good is the BSNL service going to be? You know how good the service provided by them is right now!!

I don't think this will ever happen because even if we look at netone the dial up its quite expensive at 11 rs/hour. And they are saying they'll give broadband free. What a joke.
